September is off to a GREAT start! We began using our clip chart system today & fingers crossed, all will end up on GREEN! :) Be sure to review the clip chart system at home if your child is not sure!
Today, we worked with the letters (and sounds) n, k & c. We also introduced short vowel a. Our words of the day were see & the. The writing practice we did will be sent home today. Be sure to review any notes with your child on proper letter formation, line usage & spacing. A sample is below:
We worked on our school bus activity! This activity helps us with our printing/coloring and being neat. A few samples are below!
The children worked really hard today!
As the children worked, I played the music from the CD below. It is one of my favorite things to do while the children work because they sound so cute when they sing-a-long!

Please remember: Your child needs a snack (food & drink) EVERYDAY! :) Also, please provide a drink for lunch until we start getting milk!
